With significantly reduced dimensions of 25.5 x 20.7 x 19.3 mm, the Mini K HV V23700 electric vehicle precharge relay represents a major innovation for a lightweight, reliable solution for pre-charging the DC high voltage power system. As a compact precharge relay, the Mini K HV takes over the charging of the filter capacitors over a precharge resistor directly before the operation of the main relay, protecting the main relays contacts from extreme inrush currents.
