Schurter FMER SOL DC EMC Filter Overview
The Schurter FMER SOL is a high-voltage DC line EMC filter designed specifically for photovoltaic inverters, battery energy storage systems, and high-power EV charging infrastructure. Rated up to 1200 VDC and available from 25 A to 2300 A, it attenuates conducted emissions between the DC source and the inverter while protecting PV modules from high-frequency inverter emissions. Two versions are available: standard (G92 – with capacitors to ground) and low leakage (G62 – without capacitors to ground). Smaller housings (≤150 A) are rated IP20 with screw clamp terminals; larger housings (≥250 A) are IP00 with copper bar connections. UL cURus listing covers 600 VDC (25–150 A) and 1000 VDC (250–2300 A).
