The Bosch micro-contact 0.6-D (BMK 0.6-D) is a box-type contact used for 0.635 mm post contacts. It is designed for use in heavy-duty plug-in connections, particularly for diesel engines and diesel assemblies. The contact features a load-reducing decoupling mechanism and a steel overspring. The tinned version of the BMK 0.6-D contact is suitable for temperatures up to max. 130°C or up to 150°C if gold-plated. The primary locking function is provided by the locking spring arrangement at the steel overspring. A 180° change in contact fitting position is possible, and also secondary locking.
