TE's AMP+ HVP 1100 high current connectors and headers are designed for flexibility with a wide range of options for hybrid and electric vehicle device applications. The finger-proof, touch-safe, 1-position high current connectors and headers provide an integrated internal HVIL allowing for package size optimization and routing flexibility. The connectors and headers have a current carrying capability up to 320A at 85° C with 70mm2 shielded cable and a cable range of 35-95mm2. The connectors also provide a no-lever lock design that optimizes package sizes and offers two-stage unlatching for effective HVIL functionality. The AMP+ HVP 1100 high current connector has a common header footprint for 90-degree and 180-degree mating plugs.
